The Fleet: New England Positioning Systems' drivers are experts at getting our equipment to you, or picking yours up promptly for repair. Every customer is of the utmost importance at NEPS and we'll work hard for you. Our on-location machine control service calls are second-to-none.

The Technicians: Our facilities are world-class. When your equipment comes into our hands, we pride ourselves on being able to get the job done as quickly and efficiently as possible, so you can get back to yours. Down time is costly and that's why we'll work to get you up and running again as soon as possible. For repairs, please contact us.

The Equipment: If you need a replacement while we repair your laser, total station, or one of the many other products we work on, we'll rent you one of ours. We'll even bring it to you when we pick yours up.

The Knowledge: The NEPS staff will train you in the use of your new equipment like only they can. Questions? Comments? If they can't answer them, nobody can.
